Farmers' Market Fizz

  • 2 oz Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka
  • 1 oz AITA Black Trumpet Blueberry Cordial
  • ¼ Fresh Beet Juice
  • ¾ oz Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
  • ⅛ Lemon Juice
  • 4 Dashes El Guapo Summer Berries Bitters

Add ingredients to a shaker tin and shake until chilled. Pour over sphere cube in a stemless wine glass and top with seltzer. Garnish with sliced chioga beet and greens.
